Product introduction:

WNS series low nitrogen condensing boiler is a fully automatic, A quick-installed fuel (gas) boiler with horizontal internal combustion and low-nitrogen condensation. The boiler body adopts a wet-back two-return structure: the corrugated furnace bladder and the re-combustion chamber are the return stroke, and the threaded smoke tube constitutes the return stroke. The economizer and condenser are placed on the top of the boiler and form the third return pass of the flue gas outside the furnace.

Performance characteristics:

. The economizer and condenser have a large heat exchange area, and the water vapor in the flue gas has a high condensation rate, which can fully absorb the heat released by the condensation of the water vapor in the flue gas, and the thermal efficiency can be as high as 99%.

The convection heating surface of the threaded smoke tube is used to effectively improve the heat transfer efficiency of the boiler.

Good environmental protection effect. Some harmful components such as CO2, NOX, SO2 in the flue gas are dissolved in the condensed water, which effectively reduces the emission of atmospheric pollutants. At the same time, large-scale furnace structure and flue gas recirculation technology are adopted. For gas-fired boilers, ultra-low nitrogen emissions and NOX emissions can be achieved.≤30mg/Nm3, fully complying with increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements.

The energy saver, condenser and boiler are arranged as a whole, quick-installed and shipped out of the factory, easy to install, compact structure, beautiful and generous. It occupies less area and reduces infrastructure investment.

The spiral fin tube and shell of the economizer and condenser are made of sulfuric acid corrosion-resistant ND steel material, which greatly improves the service life of the equipment. The combination of intelligent combustion control and fully automatic safety chain protection system ensures economical, environmentally friendly and safe operation.

Working principle:

In addition to the sensible heat of the flue gas, water vapor also takes away a large amount of latent heat of vaporization in the heat loss of the exhaust gas of the boiler. If the exhaust gas temperature is lowered to condense all or part of the water vapor in the flue gas, and the latent heat released during the condensation process is recovered and utilized, the effective heat utilization of the boiler will increase, which will significantly improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

WNS type low-nitrogen condensing gas-fired boiler is aimed at key technical factors such as the relationship between the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas and the exhaust gas temperature, the relationship between the condensation rate and thermal efficiency, and the corrosion rate of condensed water to different steel grades. By rationally designing the heating surface, reducing the exhaust gas temperature, ensuring that the water vapor in the flue gas reaches the condensation rate required by the design, and greatly improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

Due to the large-scale furnace structure and flue gas recirculation technology, for gas-fired boilers, ultra-low nitrogen emissions can be achieved, NOX emissions ≤ 30mg/Nm3.
